🚚 3. Shipping
After your order is confirmed, we’ll prepare and ship it as quickly as possible.
Please refer to our Delivery & Returns Policy for delivery timeframes and details.
Note: While we’ll always support you, we’re not liable for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or external circumstances beyond our control.
🔄 4. Returns & Replacements
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@ilovemeqa.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item
- A short explanation
We’ll be happy to send you a free replacement. 💖
Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.
