1. What kind of products do you offer?
iloveME offers a curated range of self-care and lifestyle products — including 100% pure Mulberry silk pillowcases, scrunchies, sleep masks, travel pillows, motivational desk card decks, and other wellness-inspired accessories. All designed to make you feel good, inside and out.
2. What makes your silk products special?
Our silk items are crafted from Grade 6A, 22 Momme 100% Mulberry silk — OEKO-TEX® certified for purity and safety. Naturally gentle on hair and skin, they’re breathable, luxurious, and made to last.
3. How should I care for my silk items?
Hand wash in cold water with a gentle detergent, or use your washing machine’s delicate/silk cycle. Avoid bleach and strong detergents. Air dry flat and keep out of direct sunlight to preserve softness and shine.
4. Do your products come in a gift box?
Some products include individual boxes — you can check the product photos to see if a box is included. If you’d like your items placed in a gift box tied with a bow, you can add it during checkout for an extra QAR 5.
5. Do you offer personalized or custom items?

6. How long does delivery take?
For orders within Qatar, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days. If you select gift wrapping or place a custom bundle order, please allow an extra day for preparation.
7. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship within Qatar and to GCC countries, including:
United Arab Emirates (UAE), Saudi Arabia (KSA), Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain.

8. What is your return or exchange policy?
For hygiene and care reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect. If there’s an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
